Support
The reason for many declines is that our customers do not fill out the
sign-up form properly. Please make sure that you do the following:
1)
Make sure that you fill out the form perfectly the FIRST TIME.
(If you make too
many mistakes, your card may go on the "decline" list.)
2)
Spell your name and address correctly with proper capitalization.
3)
Use the address where you RECEIVE your Credit Card statement.
4)
Make sure you properly enter your "CVV2" / "Card ID
Number."
(This is the
number that is printed on the back of your credit/debit card on the
upper right above your signature.)
5)
If you are declined because because you made mistakes 3-4 times, use a
different card or use a check or the 900# option.
(If you made a
mistake 3-4 times on the form, you can fill it out correctly 100 times
afterwards and it won't matter.)
6)
Do not use any false information. Your purchase is made over a secure connection
and we do not have access to any of your information other than your
e-mail. We do not sell or in any way abuse your e-mail address.
